I ordered this wiper arm on the 9th November and it was sent to Evri the following day. I received it a few days later so am very happy with the efficiency. The wiper arm is exactly as described on the website and is a perfect match for my VW Polo 2008. It may not be quite as solid as the original VW one but that is to be expected. It is certainly good enough as a replacement.
